Mainpac consulting services comprise two practices:

Consulting Services Practice (CSP)

The Consulting Services Practice operates both independently of and in collaboration with other Mainpac Engagement Division operations.

The CSP charter is to work with our customers to define the optimal best practice model for a customer and the path for achieving it.

The realisation of this charter involves a variety of competencies that include:
  • Business Process Management, Analysis and Re-Engineering
  • Change Management
  • Information Management, Analytics and Business Intelligence
  • Continuous Improvement Management

Project Management Practice (PMP)

Whether a very large or a small venture, effective Project Management is a vital component for the successful implementation of a business program in any of Mainpac Engagement Division’s activities.

Mainpac Project Management activity may utilise only a few days of work on smaller projects or extend to full a Project Management Office on larger projects.

Regardless of project size, we apply the Mainpac Implementation Methodology (MPIM) framework to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, according to our clients’ needs. Where the unanticipated occurs, the issue is managed according to change management procedures previously agreed with our customer.

Mainpac Project Managers ensure that all routine activities within the delivery program are completed and agreed with our customers, and are constantly on the look-out for the first signs of any problems and ready to apply corrective action – in many cases before it has been observed by others.
