Future Direction
While Mainpac 2011 is a significant release of Mainpac's applications supporting best practice asset management, it is not an end in itself.
Many drivers are impacting on what will become best practice in the future and to effectively deal with these Mainpac engages with customers and industry thought leaders to develop and prioritise the development of new functions and features.
Notably, participation with CIEAM II (the Co-operative Research Centre for Infrastructure and Engineering Asset Management) and the Asset Managment Council provides a broad range of insights from diverse sources while Mainpac’s Customer Engagement Program solicits the emerging needs and views of Mainpac users.
The information derived from these sources guides Mainpac’s Product Management Council in deciding the future of the Mainpac product suite.
