Development Division

Mainpac’s Development Centre is based in Adelaide and houses a strong team of product development specialists, many with well over ten years of experience developing Mainpac solutions. The Development Division utilises core competencies in asset management and Microsoft technologies along with agile development practices to deliver products that support a wide variety of scenarios in asset-intensive industries.

R&D links to industry and customers are achieved through engagement with thought leaders such as CIEAM (CRC for Infrastructure and Engineering Asset Management), the Asset Management Council and Mainpac’s own Customer Engagement Program.

Sales Division

The Sales Division operates domestically in Australia and New Zealand and in over 22 countries across the World.

The Sales Division is responsible for providing customers and prospective customers with solutions that maximise profitable utilisation, which keep costs under control and which assist in the good governance of our customers’ businesses.

The Division is staffed by professional sales people with extensive experience in bringing business based asset management solutions to many customers in a wide variety of industries.  Proposed solutions are independently audited by review teams to ensure freedom from risk for our customers, technical and operational completeness and the best value for money that we can offer.

Marketing Division

Mainpac’s Marketing Division’s primary responsibility is to ensure that Mainpac solutions are known by prospective customers as representing viable and attractive options for their businesses.

With Executive recognition that even small improvements in asset performance can impact profitability significantly, successful Asset Management has become a key criterion in measuring both executive and company performance.  This underpins Mainpac’s responsibilities to its market to ensure that the value of Asset Management best practice is recognised and that it is implemented within organisations to not only promote profitability but to ensure long term sustainability in the face of today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.
