The Mainpac .NET Solution Suite

The Mainpac .NET solution - Mainēt - is the new Mainpac product offering. Mainēt is based on the leading edge technologies of Microsoft's .NET environment and web services. Organisations of all sizes can benefit from embracing this technology.

Mainēt aims to help organisations achieve best practice enterprise asset management through the functional capability of the product.

Mainēt is a solution for both single site and multi-site customers. It combines the functionality in Mainpac's previous products and adds enhanced capability.

One of the key benefits of the Mainēt solution is the low cost of investment in infrastructure. The web based user environment, the web services based design and Microsoft product base are the key factors in achieving this low cost.

These technologies also enable the easy integration of legacy systems, so that existing investments can be leveraged by Mainēt users. To support this further a significant integration program is being undertaken for Mainēt to provide standard interfaces to key ERP products in the market.

Mainpac's main development focus is now on enhancing the Mainēt product. Minor improvements and enhancements will still occur in Mainpac V6 and V7 - particularly those driven by specific customer demand. Support of V6 and V7 products and our installed base will also continue.
