Every team member was selected because they bring unique industry, technical and commercial skills to our products and services.

Take, for example, our senior management team. Many of the team are from Mainpac’s formative years. Others were hired to enhance our ability to deliver solutions which meet and often exceed the expectations of our clients.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Darren Covington – Managing Director

Darren joined Mainpac in 2014 as Chief Operations Officer and was subsequently appointed Managing Director a year later. He is responsible for leading Mainpac to its next stage of growth with a focus on delivering great customer outcomes while building top line revenue and bottom line growth.

Darren has more than 25 years’ experience in the IT industry having previously held senior executive sales and management positions at companies including Logica, Hewlett Packard, IDC Scheer and Silicon Graphics.

Richard Kneeves – Finance Director

Richard joined Mainpac as Finance Director in 2006 and is responsible for all of Mainpac’s financial operations.

Richard has more than 30 years’ experience in various senior roles in the IT industry including working with multi-national companies and publicly listed firms. During this time, he has been responsible for successful high profile acquisitions and divestments.

Troy Jarvis – Manager of Consulting & Delivery Services

Troy is a Principal Consultant with 15 years’ experience in delivering technology enabled Asset Management Transformation Programs to Public Infrastructure organisations.

Troy heads up Mainpac’s Consulting Practice. Prior to joining Mainpac, Troy was Proposition Leader for Logica’s Enterprise Asset Management offering across Public Infrastructure, Transport and Utilities industries. In this capacity Troy led the planning and delivery of PAS 55 and ISO55000 aligned solutions across a broad range of industries.
